ANNOUNCEMENT TEMPORARY DOWNTIME OF AEO SYSTEM FOR SYSTEM UPGRADE ON 10 MARCH 2024
To All AEO Users,
Please be informed, there will be temporary downtime of AEO System for system upgrade on 10 March 2024 as follow:

| Period | 2 Hours |
| Purpose | System upgrade and deployment activities |
During this period, AEO companies cannot declare PRS, CS and make duty/tax of payment.
All AEO companies are therefore advised to plan their declaration and goods clearance to avoid any inconvenience.
